Order Cancellation Policy

At Lumqeva™, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel or change an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

1. Cancellation Requests

Please email service@apexvaravip.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you wish to request a cancellation or change.

Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. Your request is only confirmed when our support team responds.

2. Orders in Fulfillment or Already Shipped

Once an order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. If your order has already shipped, please contact our support team for guidance under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation is approved after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may vary by payment provider or bank.

4. Address and Product Changes

If you need to correct a shipping address or request a size change, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.
